DataGroup Case Study: 15-Year Data Migration and Inventory System Optimisation

Following recommendations, the Ukrainian fixed-line operator DataGroup turned to Linoza Consulting in search of a contractor for its project.

The decision to implement a new inventory system was based on the potential integrator’s ability to cope with the task of migrating a huge volume of accumulated data. The Linoza Consulting team held a series of consultations and carefully studied the task before starting work.

A win-win approach made it possible to deliver all the planned objectives and successfully implement the project. The budget of the project delivered by the Linoza team allowed the customer to save around $600K.

Even during the global COVID-19 pandemic, the working principles and communication within the project group made it possible to work fully remotely and complete the project without significant difficulties. During the whole period the customer and contractor held ONE offline introductory meeting at which the decision to start cooperation was made. All further communication took place online.

  • Tens of millions of records processed, algorithms built and successfully migrated to the new platform;

  • Full preparation delivered for successful system operation.
